The Before, During, & After Effect

Daily Tool

Put your thinking cap on!

The majority of people dictate their daily timeline as mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Welp…thats wrong.LOL.

Lets take a nose dive into your daily timeline and break down our day. The reason why this tool is called “Before, During, & After” is because when we start setting goals, managing time, and start planning our our specific goals we don’t realize that we have plenty of time. We just haven’t explored or exposed the different parts of the day, to convince our minds that we DO have time and we all know when we manage our time…STRESS reduces dramatically.

Start asking yourself these critical thinking questions to break down each day, and see where you can allocate more time or fill in that gap with positive habits or investible habits.

  • What are you doing after you wake up in the morning? Am reacting to the day already?

  • What are you doing before going to bed? - Start planning or look over what your are going to be doing the next morning. don't worry about what you’ll be doing at lunch or in the afternoon. Cross that bridge AFTER completing your morning duties/tasks/routines/etc

  • What are you doing during your morning routine? Am I mostly on my phone? How long does it take me to get ready? can I make time to workout for 20 min?

  • What am I doing before lunch?

  • Am I more productive before lunch or after lunch?

  • What am I doing besides eating food for lunch? is it productive, investible, positive?

  • Am I looking over or thinking about my goals, habits, routines during the mornings, mid-day, afternoon, late afternoon, evening, after evening, before bed, etc. Keep breaking down the day into micro, small, steps. Don’t think about the overall day. You’ll just become stressed out, anxious, tired, overwhelmed, and lack of motivation.

  • Its a battle with you, your mind, and your body. Learn more about who you are and why you are the way you are. Mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually. Once you learn a few Why’s about yourself, it’ll provide clarity for the direction you want, the goals you want to set and achieve!

You have the choice and reaction to do anything you apply your mindset too. Convince the mind and the body will follow.
