This is my New Years Resolution Affirmation letter to your future self, read this every day & every morning. Combine this affirmation letter with your daily 2 minute plank for the next 30 Days, try my 5 Day challenge. Start There, but you have to just start. Don’t wait for the full moon, the perfect plan, the right weather, the right outfit, etc..the less procrastination involved, the sooner you will visually see the results.

Before reading the Affirmation Letter, take these 3 Steps home with you.

  1. Start trusting your decisions and follow through with your decisions, regardless of the outcomes.

  2. Begin to trust the process, its an emotional rollercoaster but remember, its a Mindset!

  3. Listen to your gut feelings, that gut-intuition. Start keeping a record of when you follow through with your gut feeling VS not. see what happens.

  4. Lastly, Its never about this exact moment in life. IF you are complaining or celebrating, its becasue of something you did or didn’t do in the past. Welcome to self awareness.



Dear, (add your name),

“There's a purpose greater than pain. Finding motivation through your pain is vital. Your life isn't over, it’s about to start or restart. Your past doesn’t define you but everything up till now is your fault. It's only over if you believe or think it’s over. That’s how powerful you are. That’s the type of strength that flows through your body, your mind, and your veins.

Your mindset can be your greatest asset or biggest liability. You have the ability and freedom to become the greatest possible versions of yourselves starting right now, but not many people can say that around the world. The world income minimum wage is less than $3 an hour.

Be the game changer! your intuition has been begging you for-That gut feeling, listen to it. 

Listen, and trust your passions to lead you to new highs, new pathways, new territories, new titles, and unfamiliar strengths. Tapping into the unfamiliar is scary- it's scary because you've been conditioned to only see the scary. Find the Win for the day and apply that same mindset every day, for the rest of your life. 

Trust me. Your light will shine bright, reflecting, bouncing, and guiding others-confidently. Be you for you and everything in between. Feed your mind with influential passion and purpose-self motivation. 

If you are holding pain inside then certain situations in your life are holding you back and you know this. Don’t ignore it? Don’t leave it for the next generation. Break those family traditions, those limitations, those cultural norms, and promote new highs.

Once you find what you’re looking for, I’m going to feel sorry for the rest of the world!

Society doesn’t stand a chance against you bro. You’re going to miss the old you, and those are facts! Accept the realities of your new life. Accept the reality that the only person stopping you has been you, your mindset, your routine, your dependencies, your habits, and the things that constantly worry you. 

Put time, energy, focus, and attention, and pay attention to your life in every way possible, trust me, you'll be luckier in life and that’s not by coincidence. Bend before you break, be the survivor, a leader, a warrior, the game changer.”


Here's the craziest fact of all. Each and everyone of us knows exactly what's holding us back, each of us knows exactly what we need to change but choose not to do it because of what other people may think, say, or act. We hold the answers, we always have. That was one of my biggest realizations through one of my journies, I just had to learn who I already was…if that makes sense.


Here are a few past experiences that I’ll share as examples: letting others take control, delegating, denying I had interpersonal issues, being a husband, son, brother, and friend, having money, and definitely bad at recovering from failure..

 

Take it with a grain of salt, go at your speed, and share what you can, start putting trust back into yourself. Remember, “teaspoons of change, not tablespoons” and comparison is the thief of joy.


Trust me when I say, You have never experienced a program, mentor, or passion, you don't just leave inspired & entertained, but aware & transformed!
