Remember, the way you start your morning sets the standard or tempo for the day. One thing I learned from traveling around the world is this, it could always be worse. A negative attitude or action is an emotional reaction towards a life outcome. You have the power to bend your reality by “finding the win” in everything you see, touch, and do. Life is perception. It's also crucial to choose a time to ask yourself the questions when you're most likely to be focused and present.
