The 5-5-5 rule is a quick, yet profound self-reflective practice that centers around three crucial areas of your life:

Triggers: These are the things that get under your skin, causing you to feel uncomfortable, anxious, or downright upset.

Stressors: These are the pressure points in your life that cause stress, tension, or burnout.

Joy-bringers: As you might guess, these are the elements in your life that bring you happiness, peace, and joy.

For each of these categories, you're going to identify and list five specific items. Yes, FIVE!
