3 Ways on how to improve

  1. Put reminders in my phone right away! and not try “to remember later”

  2. I’ll write out my weekly work/school/etc schedule and hang it where I spend the most time at eye level.

  3. Figure out why I’m forgetful or late “sometimes”.
