  2. Pick top 5 and rank 1-5

  3. Tell me why you choose those top 5

  4. What opportunities in your life, make you grateful?

  5. Make time for all 5 (mental or physical) - Set Short Term Goal - Add reminder in phone one week from now. “Did you achieve your short term goal?”

Notes: Try Once a day “Happy Hour” and spend time with your top 5 when you need a mood shift, boost of self confidence, self esteem, etc. Start conditioning your mind to have a plan of action whenever your mindset or mentality changes throughout the day.
