Brain Waves & Frequencies | Goal Setting

Brain waves represent patterns of electrical activity produced by the brain. The brain is made up of billions of neurons that use electrical signals to transmit information. Each thought carries a frequency wave, like a wifi signal.

What frequency is the earth resonating at?

7.83 Hz

Mother Earth's natural heartbeat rhythm is the frequency of 7.83 Hz, also known as the “Schumann Resonance". Checkout this song-frequency that matches 7.83Hz

Do humans have a natural frequency?

Human Vibration Parameter Comparison and Result Discussion. According to the existing research, the natural frequency of a human-standing body is about 7.5 Hz, and the frequency of a sitting posture in the cab is generally 4–6 Hz.

Brain waves create specific patterns in your brain that influence your emotional and mental states. At any given point, one type of wave dominates your brain pattern and generates a specific mental state. Mental states are responsible for a lot in your life including your performance ability and cognition.

How do you train your brain to reach your goals?

Here are seven ways to train your mind for success:

  1. Single-task. No more multi tasking.

  2. Meditate daily. This opens up a time slot solely for you and your quietness. take time for yourself. daily.

  3. Reframe negative thoughts. Change a negative thought right away from your mind. its a bad habit to have.

  4. Rely on your memory more. This one is a personal challenge of mine. Its hard but, its validation of brain chemistry.

  5. Read often. Read at least 4 books a year, it’ll raise your annual salary.

  6. Learn new things. We are always either growing or un-growing. think about that.

  7. Use brain training apps or brain teasers

Brain Wave Types

  • Alpha waves, which measure between 8 and 12 Hz, occur when people feel relaxed and when the brain is in an idle state without concentrating on anything.

  • Beta waves, which measure between 12 and 30 Hz, are the waves that occur during most conscious, waking states. It is a fast activity that signals attentiveness and alertness.

  • Gamma waves, which measure between 25 and 100 Hz, are the fastest wavelength brain waves that are linked to activities such as learning, problem-solving, and information processing.

  • Delta waves, which are between 0.5 and 4 hertz (Hz), occur during deep states of dreamless sleep.

  • Theta waves, which are between 4 and 8 Hz, occur during light sleep or deep relaxation.

Did Albert Einstein say everything in life is vibration?

“Everything in Life is Vibration” – Albert Einstein

How do you know if your vibration is high?

One of the easiest ways to determine whether you are vibrating at a “high frequency” or a “low frequency” is by paying attention to how you physically feel. Do you feel light, energized, clear and healthy? Chances are you have a high vibration.

What does goal setting do to the brain?

Goal-setting literally alters the structure of your brain so that you perceive and behave in ways that will cause you to achieve those goals. Challenging goals that have strong emotional resonance will alter your brain structure more quickly and effectively than weak goals.
