Life Goals: Developing My Affirmations/Quotes/Mantras

What are Affirmations/Quotes/Mantras?

Affirmations, quotes, and mantras are a combination of power words, all used for self-development. They are tools that help us to rewire our brains to think differently about ourselves and the world around us. Our perception on life.

What’s your MOTTO towards life? What do you tell yourself when you’re having a bad day? Do I have natural motivation?

Affirmations are used to affirm your worth and value as a human being. Quotes are used to remind you of the words of others who inspire you or give you strength.

Mantras can be seen as a collection of affirmations or quotes that form a sentence or phrase that we say over and over again until it becomes an automatic response when we need it most.

Affirmations, quotes, and mantras are all types of positive messages that people use to remind themselves of who they are and what they want in life. They can be used as a type of self-development tool.

Affirmations are short phrases or sentences that you say aloud to yourself. These phrases usually start with the words “I am” or “I can”. These affirmations should be about your goals, your strengths, and things you like about yourself.

Quotes are a short passage from a person that is usually inspirational in nature or has some deeper meaning. Quotes are often used as motivational tools for self-development because they give you an idea of how someone else achieves their goals and what they have learned along the way.
