That should get you started. Fuck the radio, any chance you get throw in your headphones and listen to all of these. Make it a habit to listen to all of these everyday and it’ll influence your daily routine and progression in life.

Ask yourself, What are you doing everyday to get to that next level in every aspect of your life. It starts with you, like everything starts with you…learn more about yourself and why you do the thing you do.

You can’t keep telling yourself “one day” or “tomorrow” you have to make the reason or the WHY so big that you’ll get out of bed right away, or get off work and start focusing/investing in your personal growth/development. don’t get distracted with shit that has no influential purpose for your future.

You always have a CHOICE! and you have to find ways to con your brain or kind of manipulate it in a way to force you to do the things that are difficult in your mind. it takes 21-days to build a new habit. Write shit down that you want to accomplish that day or week. Stop reacting to life, and grab it by the Chingadera! and take ownership of your life. all you need is a WHY and be consistent even if you don’t think you see progress, and that’s why you need to celebrate all W’s no matter how big or small. find ways to be happy. you know yourself best, do things that make you happy based on your core values and beliefs.

Everyone needs to see results after they input time/energy. What they fail to realize is that their looking for the “RESULTS” in the most common areas (based on how you’ve been conditioned), and its not even about that. Its about knowing what you have/need to see in order to feel good/comfortable within the results, and that derives from: critical thinking, analyzation, and breaking down the day, goal, process, etc..

Results run Parallel with Gratitude, everyone is grateful for something and not everyone is grateful for the same things right? now use that analogy with “RESULTS”….everyone wants results but find them all in different places in their minds.

*Shout out to my boy Mikie for the “Chingadera line”
